Cactus-Butterfly

On June 1998 I was 9 years old.

This is a traditional painting copied from a book that I did when I attended art classes. I only attended for a couple years before quitting to study for exams (at around 11). My teacher used the method of giving us paintings to copy, and I absolutely adored that. I was remarkably serious about it, as a matter of fact.

I only put these paintings up here because I still kinda like them. I wasn't a huge art prodigy or anything (if I'd been, I wouldn't have needed to copy someone else's art), but I think they're pretty, and surprisingly well done for a kid.
