I get a new obsession every week. Can't keep up with all the fanart.

This week is Faust the 8th. He used to be a doctor, but he has this really sappy, angsty story involving his (now deceased) wife Eliza, and how he became a necromancer in an effort to try to raise her from the dead.

It's so soppy.

....boy, but I hate drawing manga.

It's so... not like my style. >_> My misused artistic instincts suffer. Faust now graces my school file in all his deranged, German, necromancy glory. After how well he came out, I was pressured to draw Amidamaru and Silva, but that would be suicide. >_>


I wound up having to refer this most of the way, so it looks waaaay too much like the reference pictures for my liking.
